TERMS OF SERVICE

> Scope, Structure & Workflow

KawaiiKo Studios is a collaborative studio that hosts multiple commissionable creators. Each artist may operate under their own terms, but all projects are also protected by this company-wide agreement. We provide shared branding, infrastructure, and support across all team members.We offer services such as:
- Character design work
- Standard art illustrations
- VTuber model illustrations
- Live2D rigging and animationEach creator works independently. You will receive instructions about communication, updates, and approvals directly from your selected artist or rigger.

> Payments & Delivery

- A 50% deposit is required to begin most commissions.
- Full payment must be made before delivery of the final files.
- Payment methods must include the site through which the service is listed or PayPal.
- No refunds for completed work.
- Chargebacks = Blacklists + License TerminationFinal Deliverables may include:
- PSD / Live2D-ready files
- .cmo3, .moc3, .json, physics, toggle data
- Rig preview videos or GIFS (if applicable)You are responsible for backing up your files. We do not store finished projects long-term.

> Copyright, Usage & Credit

Unless otherwise stated in the artist’s terms of service:
- Copyright is retained by the artist or rigger.
- You receive a non-exclusive license to use the model for VTuber activities (streaming, social media, monetization).
- You may not resell, mint NFTs, or use the model for AI datasets or training without prior agreement.Please credit each creator clearly:

> “Rigging by @RiggerNameFailure to credit may lead to a ban from future commissions.

> Revisions, Refunds & Disputes

- Most projects include 1-2 revision rounds at key stages (sketch, base, rig preview).
- Major changes after approval may cost extra.
- Deposits are non-refundable after work begins.
- If an artist becomes unresponsive for over 30 days, contact the studio for mediation.
- Full refunds are only issued if the studio or artist cancels the project or agrees to cancel the project.For disputes:
1. Contact the artist first.
2. If unresolved, the studio will mediate in good faith.

> Restrictions & Portfolio Use

You may not use commissioned works for:
- Hate content or harassment
- Traced/infringing designs
- Blockchain or AI training without consentUnless a privacy fee was paid, the Studio may:
- Feature your model in promotional reels or portfolios
- Share previews or showcase work on social media
For debut-related privacy, please request a release date lock in advance.
